Freedom

"But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." 2 Corinthians3:16-18

So these few verses could sum up my life within the past few days. I find myself rejoicing in my Great Savior. For who He is and what He's done. The Lord has freed me from guilt and struggles that I have held on to for a while! The Lord is utterly amazing. I struggle to put into words what He's doing in my life! It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. I pray no longer I will be burdened by the guilt of sin, for the Blood that Jesus Christ shed was indeed enough. His blood which He gave willingly on the cross for my sins. Is more than enough. I have ALL I need in Christ. As I am finding the freedom to forgive, accept, encourage, grow, live, and love in Christ. For everything I do is by the grace of God. Grace which is greater than all our sin! I put my hope, life, and concerns in God. For He is to good for my little mind to comprehend. May I find myself boasting not in myself, but in my Great savior. Because my sin is great therefore My Savior is Great!

Dark is the stain that we cannot hide. What can avail to wash it away? Look! There is flowing a crimson tide, brighter than snow you may be today.
Grace, grace, God's grace, grace that will pardon and cleanse within; grace, grace, God's grace, grace that is greater than all our sin!
For nothing good have IWhereby Thy grace to claimI will wash my garments whiteIn the blood of Calvary's Lamb
And when before the throneI stand in Him complete"Jesus died my soul to save:My lips shall still repeat
Oh Praise the One who paid my debt and raised this life up from the dead!
